Shipping:

Your shipping cost is $4.00 for each item shipped to anywhere in the lower continental US and is added at time of checkout. Your order will be shipped US Postal Service. Shipping is also available worldwide, call for cost and delivery arrangements.

Taxes:

Illinois residents are subject to applicable Sales Tax.

Returns:

Should you need to return your purchase, call our office for a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping it back. No purchase will be refunded without a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.

Please Note:

Shipping & Handling is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser's expense.

Cancellations:

While some new products may take 3-5 weeks for delivery, many of our orders ship the same day. If your order has not yet been processed ( given to a shipper) it may be cancelled. Should you wish to cancel your order, call our office as soon as possible for a Cancellation Reference Number. No purchase will be refunded without a Cancellation Reference Number.

If your order has already been processed we will not be able to cancel your order and you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number (see above).
